The Sales Support Assistant for Group Sales is a seasonal position responsible for supporting group sales operations through efficient administrative tasks, contracting, order processing, and billing assistance. You will collaborate with the Sales Support Area Manager and Event Execution Area Manager to ensure seamless coordination and top-tier client service at Six Flags Great Adventure.

Six Flags job opportunity 2026 Responsibility:

  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage.
  • Accurately process sales and event initial orders and manage updates in ticketing platforms.
  • Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoffs.
  • Assist with event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and special events.
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to manage client billing and collections.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with product and pricing workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership on product setup and pricing adjustments.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support the sales team.
