Job Description

Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company providing compassionate ABA therapy to help clients make real progress in everyday life. We are looking for dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role involves leading clinical programs, supervising technicians, and collaborating closely with families in a hybrid work environment. We offer a flexible schedule where you can choose your own hours and locations while enjoying a supportive professional atmosphere.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a team supervisor for clinical staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff members.
  • Provide direct supervision of behavior technicians.
  • Conduct weekly hands-on training and monitoring of clinical programs.
  • Perform treatment planning for individualized clinical programs and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Conduct parent training sessions to teach ABA principles and foster positive relationships.
  • Assess and document client progress over time.
  • Manage flexible scheduling by choosing your own hours and service locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Behavior Specialist License (Required).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Philadelphia area).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
